HYROX SMALL
GROUP CLASS

Looking for your Dallas Hyrox community? Every Sunday at 10am we host a small group Hyrox class led by a certified Hyrox instructor. These classes fuse running, cardio machines, and strength exercises in a high intensity 45-60 minute workout.
